Disney child star Jack Veal, best known for his role in “Loki,” claimed he needs fans to help him overcome homelessness and past abuse in a video posted on his TikTok account, Monday.
The 17-year-old actor said he was living on the streets and revealed his dismal living conditions in the video.
“I haven’t mentioned much about what’s been going on in my life but I think it’s time to reveal the truth,” he told fans in the video that was also shared by TMZ. “Without delving too much into the details, I was abused at home. There was physical violence, emotional abuse and et cetera. I didn’t have a very good upbringing.”
“I struggle with mental health like autism, ADHD,” Veal said, before telling fans he has been “screened for bipolar and psychosis.”
“I can’t stay with my grandparents because my grandad is terminally unwell. I have nowhere else to go,” Veal said as he struggled to fight back the tears.
The child star looked directly into the camera and said “I need help.”
Veal said he attempted to get assistance, but has been met with challenges.
“Social services refuses to help me, despite what I’ve told them,” he claimed in the video.
“I am desperate. I’ve been sleeping in the streets — I’m currently sleeping in a trailer that has smashed in windows,” he said.
“It’s unsafe, it’s two hours away from my work, which means I struggle to get to work every day. It’s difficult. Life is hard,” the actor told his fans.
Veal insisted he wasn’t asking fans for money, but said he was hoping they could help him spread the message about his current situation.
“I am on my knees begging for this, for you guys to just share this, do something, just spread the message of how the government are treating kids,” Veal told fans in his emotional plea.
“I just need you to make this go as viral as possible.”

The actor returned to TikTok on Tuesday and cried on camera while thanking fans for their support. He said social services reached out to him to set up an accommodation meeting for finding foster care.
