Chuck Norris Announces Devastating Loss Of His 103-Year-Old Mother

“The Hitman” star Chuck Norris announced Friday on Instagram that his mother died.

“Wednesday morning, my brother Aaron and I’s wonderful mother went home to be with Jesus,” the famous martial artist and actor wrote on social media. She was 103 years old.

“Our mom was a woman of unwavering faith, a beacon of light in our lives, and her love reflected God’s grace,” he said as he paid tribute to her online. Norris recalled fond memories from his childhood days. “Growing up, her laughter filled our home with joy, and her hugs provided a sense of safety that we will forever cherish.”

Norris’ heartfelt post shows Norris and his mother sitting in chairs while leaning toward the camera for the photo. The sweet family moment showed Wilma’s hand resting on her son’s arm. Other images in the gallery showed her solo, as well as surrounded by loved ones over the years.

“She had a remarkable way of making everyone feel special, often putting the needs of others before her own,” Norris wrote.

“From my earliest memories, she taught me the importance of kindness and compassion,” he wrote. “I am so thankful for the countless lessons she shared, the prayers she lifted for us, and the way she embodied the love of Christ every day.”

He signed off by writing, “We love you, Mom. Until we meet again.”

His mother’s cause of death has not been publicly shared as of Friday afternoon.
