Browns’ Jameis Winston Asks God To Deliver Him From Pick Sixes After Disastrous Monday Night Football Performance

Ya gotta love Jameis Winston!

The quarterback of the Cleveland Browns was absolutely horrendous in Monday night’s defeat against the Denver Broncos, throwing three interceptions with two of them going back to the house for a couple of pick sixes. Following the contest, Winston issued blame to himself and also asked God to help him out of the misery.

“I’m just praying to the Lord to deliver me from pick-sixes,” stated Winston.

When questioned if he said sorry to his teammates for the bad plays, Winston simply responded with, “I did.” (RELATED: Wife Of 49ers’ Trent Williams Announces Tragic News About New Son)

“It was my fault. That’s evident. Two touchdowns by the defense, pick-sixes. I’ve been here before. I’ve got to play better,” said Winston.

Also tallying 497 passing yards and four touchdowns against Denver, Winston said that Cleveland will start bringing in victories after he gets rid of his mishaps.

“It’s tough for any team to win when you have two defensive touchdowns that the quarterback gave them. Defense played good, offense played well, I didn’t do a great job,” said Winston. “I got to play better. That’s the biggest thing.”
